2/25 Recap: Quiet night before the deadline

In the QMJHL, T.J. Brennan had a game high seven hits, but neither he nor Sabres 2007 fifth-round pick, J.S. Allard, were able to earn points as St. John's defeated Quebec, 2-1. Allard has gone without a point in his last three games. With SSK alternating starts, Jhonas Enroth got a rest as his troops fell to Brynas in overtime, 4-3. Skelleftea also lost, so they remain one point in front of SSK for the final SEL playoff spot. Bjorn Bjurling (EDM) made 29 saves in place of the Sabres 2006 pick.
