Ennis points again; Sabres duo awaits word

At the Canadian Junior Selection Camp, Tyler Ennis assisted on the only Team White goal in their 3-1 loss to Red. The game was the last of three intrasquad scrimmages in the Ottawa area before 16 players receive their exit passes as the final cut down takes place. Ennis, who set-up Zach Boychuk for the power play one-timer in the finale, hit the scoresheet in all three contests (1+3), and looks to have made a strong case to glide down the left wing wearing the Maple Leaf when play begins the day after Christmas. Defenseman Tyler Myers also participated in the camp, and should be considered a strong candidate to remain with the Team following Monday's cuts.
