Ennis ready, Myers out as Canada rolls

In a third and final tune-up for the World Junior Championships, Tyler Ennis had a pair of assists for Canada in their 7-0 drubbing of Slovakia. Ennis formed a speedy, all-WHL line with Brett Sonne and Jamie Benn after skating the previous two games with John Tavares and Angelo Esposito at center. He again made some nice moves to get shots off, and used his skating to create plays without the puck. Tyler Myers did not dress for Team Canada. Info is tight, but it's possible that the defenseman banged up his knee again, as we did not see much if any of him in the third period on Sunday. Myers' knee hit hard into the boards during a selection camp scrimmage on December 13th, causing him to leave the ice. Until stated otherwise, expect him to be in uniform on the 26th when Canada takes on the Czech Republic.
