I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the 3 forwards on the first team are the 3 forwards that finished ahead of Byron in overall scoring.

The Sabres have to sign him after this summer I believe. I wonder if he's ready for the AHL or if another season in the Q would be beneficial...I assume they will sign him though with the production he has had. Losing Giroux didn't seem to slow him down.

I'd like to see Byron signed -- he has shown plenty of things that win games beyond his capable scoring -- even if it is simply with an eye to the Pirates. Talent is talent.

They signed Gerbe and Byron seems have pure scoring ability. How much would it cost anyhow? Though imagine Portland with Gerbe, Ennis and Byron at the same time.
