11/22 Recap: Lagacé liking November

Jacob Lagacé continued his cruise through the QMJHL schedule on Sunday with a goal and two assists, but Chicoutimi squandered a three-goal lead in an exciting 6-5 OT loss to PEI. The 5'11 Lagacé has collected six goals and 10 assists while pointing in all eight November games for the Sagueneens (11-9-2-4). The game featured six goals in the final 20-minutes of regulation, with Matthew Hobbs scoring the overtime winner with just .1 seconds remaining on the clock. Jordon Southorn was +1 for the Rocket.

In Moncton, Luke Adam assisted on a goal just :20 into the game as Cape Breton held off the Wildcats, 3-2. Tied for third overall in QMJHL scoring with 37 points (15+22), the big pivot has hit the sheet in 22 of 26 games this season.

In a CCHA tilt, Corey Tropp was -3 as #6 Michigan State lost to Notre Dame, 4-1. The first-place Spartans will host WCHA programs Wisconsin and Minnesota next weekend.
