2/17 Recap: Shipley shows passion as Dogs lose

There was just one game on the prospect slate Thursday, with Steven Shipley scoring a goal and getting in his first fight since training camp as Niagara lost to his former mates from Owen Sound, 4-3. Shipley, who continues to center Myles Doan and Darren Archhibald, scored his 15th goal of the year before engaging Jesse Blacker later in the second. The tilt was the first for the 6'3 forward since he dropping the gloves (and briefly dealing with a hand injury) in training camp while still a member of the Attack.
