10/20 Recap: Cat powers Attack with Hounds on horizon

Dan Catenacci picked up two assists to earn the game's #1 star Thursday as Owen Sound won at Barrie, 4-2. The power play helpers give Catenacci 18 points in 13 games, vaulting him into 5th on the OHL scoring list. The 5'10 center will take a three-game point streak into Saturday's match-up with his former club, the Soo Greyhounds. Gregg Sutch logged a -1 for the Colts, who will get back to work Saturday against Kingston. Alex Lepkowski missed his fifth game with an upper body injury.



In SM-liiga action, Joel Armia finished -1 with two shots on goal as Assat doubled SaiPA, 6-3. Armia, who was given 12:07 of work in the win, will look to end a seven-game goal drought Saturday versus Jokerit.

Steven Shipley missed his first game due to a concussion as Niagara downed Ottawa, 4-1. IceDogs defenseman Jesse Graham ('12) scored his first goal of the season.
