10/30 Recap: Cat provides help in Attack win

Dan Catenacci (+2) extended his point streak to three games Sunday with a pair of assists as Owen Sound downed Windsor, 5-1. Both of Catenacci's helpers came on even-strength goals by 2012 eligible Jarrod Maidens. At the 18-game mark (just over a quarter of the OHL season), the flashy disher leads the Attack with 22 points (8+14), good for 10th overall in the OHL.

Jerome Gauthier-Leduc failed to get a point for the second straight game, finishing +1 as Rimouski needed a shootout to defeat Victoriaville, 3-2. Leduc, who was stopped in his shootout attempt, continues to lead all QMJHL defensemen this season with 11 goals and 26 points.
