11/30 Recap: Sundher streaks to five; Lieuwen wins fourth in a row

Kevin Sundher extended his point streak to five games Wednesday, scoring a pair of goals as Victoria lost in overtime to Kamloops, 6-5. The six-footer continues to pace the Royals with 18 goals and 44 points through 26 games. Last season, Sundher scored 24 goals in 70 regular season contests.



Nathan Lieuwen made 20 saves to earn his fourth straight victory as Kootenay bashed Saskatoon, 6-1. The 6'5 stopper maintains his postion as an elite WHL netminder, posting a 14-4-1-2 mark with a 1.75 goals against average and .939 save percentage.

Dan Catenacci notched a pair of assists and finished a game-best +3 as Owen Sound defeated Barrie, 3-1. Cartenacci leads the Attack with 15 goals and 32 points through 29 games. Alex Lepkowski and Gregg Sutch each finished -1 for the Colts.
