11/21 Recap: Grigorenko strikes; Kea comes through in clutch

Mikhail Grigorenko scored a pair of goals in a span of 1:13 Wednesday as Quebec thrashed Acadie-Barthurst  9-3. Grigorenko's second-period output improves his season totals to 20 goals and 20 assists through 22 games. The Russian centerman's body of work also includes 51% efficiency at the faceoff circle. The Remparts return to work Friday versus Sherbrooke.



In the OHL, Justin Kea tied the game with 3:44 left in the regulation to help Saginaw to a 4-3 overtime win over Sault Ste. Marie. A player with a penchant for executing in the clutch, Kea's last four goals have either evened the score late or went down as the game winner. The point strike adds to his career best totals of six goals and 18 points at the 25-game mark. The Spirit travel to Windsor on Friday.

Dan Catenacci notched one assist as Owen Sound earned their third consecutive shutout victory 1-0 over Barrie. The helper gives Catenacci 37 points on the year, tied for fourth in OHL scoring. Next up for the Attack is a Saturday date with London.
