11/28 Recap: Russian remains red hot; Amerks fall

Mikhail Grigorenko scored his 24th goal of the season Wednesday as Quebec was defeated by PEI 5-3. The tally, Grigorenko's 12th in his last eight games, tied the game at one apiece before the Rocket outshot the Remparts 25-15 over the final two periods to secure the victory. Quebec returns to action Friday versus Rouyn-Noranda.

In OHL action, Brady Austin scored for the first time this season as Belleville downed Niagara 6-2. A six-goal scorer a year ago, the strike was Austin's firs tin a regular season game since last March. The Bulls move on to face Peterborough on Thursday.



In the AHL, Frederick Roy scored his first professional goal as the Rochester Americans were doubled at home by San Antonio 4-2. Evan Rankin also scored for the Amerks, while David Leggio made 21 saves in defeat. For the complete recap, please visit the Amerks website for their game story.
