3/10 Recap: Ullmark sharp in loss

Linus Ullmark made 35 saves Monday as MODO was blanked by Linkopings 4-0 to open the best-of-three SHL play-in round series. MODO was under siege in the opening period, with Ullmark holding the fort down by stopping 21 of 22 shots to keep the game close. The second period saw MODO tighten it up a bit and Ullmark would continue to make some nice saves, but Linkopings would get another three goals to allow for a comfortable cruise the rest of the way to take a 1-0 series lead. MODO will look to even things up Wednesday at home.
