Lemieux parked in front of the net and deflected a long wrist shot off the stick of 2015 draft prospect Rasmus Andersson for the power play marker. The goal gives the agitating forward 13 points in 13 games. His five power play tallies leads all Sabres prospects.
Eric Cornel picked up a power play assist for the victorious Petes to equal Lemieux with 13 points (4+9) in as many games. Cornel has amassed four assists in his last two games, but he has gone without a goal in his last five.
