Personally I agree with with the draft except for the second and third round picks I would take Jared Staal and David Toews bc they would maybe be the best pick in that area and their stats are impressive!!!
I initially had Mark Barberio in the #74 slot before putting Fienhage there. I'm not sure Fienhage lasts that long.
I wouldn't hate either of Toews or Staal after the first round.
I heard that the NHL is passing a new by-law: Every team shall have 1, and only 1 Staal brother. So we could be next. From Darcy's comments last night it sounds like a bunch of teams are trying to get into the top 10, if the price is going up based on demand, I cant see D.R. moving into a slot to ensure getting 1 of the 3 guys he covets. We will see.
I agree w/ Gaf, I'm really wondering if 1 of Darcy's 3 will be available at 13th bcuz of how Darcy mentioned trading up.
