Sources out of Cranbrook suggest that 2009 third round pick Brayden McNabb could be set for a return to the Kootenay blueline as early as Saturday night's contest at Swift Current.
The 6'4, 210-pound McNabb has missed seven games while recovering from a left knee injury suffered on November 1st. Originally thought to be out four-six weeks, McNabb's three-week recovery could see him skate for Team WHL in the final leg of the Subway Super Series next week and better his shot for a Team Canada roster spot for the upcoming World Junior Championships.
