11/13 Recap: Lieuwen loses third straight

Nathan Lieuwen made 22 saves Sunday as Kootenay lost 2-1 to Saskatoon. Lieuwen, who moves to 10-4-1-2 on the year, has now gone without a win in his last three starts. The ICE return to action Saturday at Victoria.

Kevin Sundher missed his second game with an upper body injury as Victoria edged Red Deer, 4-3.

In QMJHL play, Jerome Gauthier-Leduc finished -2 with five shots on goal as Rimouski was blown-out by Drummondville, 6-1. The 6’1 righty continues to lead all Q defenders with 12 goals and 31 points through his first 20 games. The Oceanic will get back at it Wednesday at Bathurst.
