In college play, Christian Isackson registered one shot on goal as No. 1 Minnesota was handed a 4-3 loss at No. 10 St. Cloud State. Isackson, who was bumped up a line in the later stages of the third period, created traffic in front of the Huskies net on the third Gophers goal. Minnesota will face Wisconsin next weekend in a set that includes a Sunday outdoor tilt at the OfficeMax Hockey City Classic.
Brad Navin picked up a primary assist on the game's first goal as Wisconsin edged Bemidji State 3-2. The sophomore forward got deep on the forecheck and stole the puck from goaltender Mathieu Dugas before feeding it to Keegan Meuer for the easy goal.
