11/20 Recap: Kea adds to total; Ullmark victorious

Justin Kea added an empty-net goal to his earlier assist Wednesday as Saginaw doubled Sault Ste. Marie 4-2. Kea's effort, which earned the game's number three star, gives him 23 points (10+13) in 23 games. Eric Locke remained out of action with an upper body injury. The Spirit are back in action Friday when they host Plymouth.

In the WHL, Logan Nelson recorded a power play assist as Victoria earned a 4-1 road victory at Kelowna. The Royals host Kamloops on Friday.

In Sweden, Linus Ullmark made 25 saves and stopped three of four in the shootout as MODO defeated Vaxjo 2-1. The performance maintains Ullmark spot among SHL goaltending leaders with a 1.72 GAA (2nd) and .943 save% (1st). Gustav Possler missed his fourth game while recovering from a knee injury. MODO takes on Orebro HK on Friday.

In the college ranks, Sean Malone (-1) pumped three shots on goal as Harvard was defeated by Boston College 5-1. Harvard visits New Hampshire on Tuesday.

In AHL action, Kevin Porter scored his first goal of the season and Matt Hackett made 21 saves as Rochester was downed by Wilkes-Barre/Scranton 3-1. Rasmus Ristolainen (-2, 3 SOG, 2 PIM) and Johan Larsson (1 SOG) made their Amerks debuts in the loss. Rochester battles Utica on Friday.
