Malone, Harvard find empty Beanpot

Sean Malone (-2) pumped four shots on goal Monday as Harvard was pummeled by No. 11 Northeastern 6-0 in the opening game of the 2014 Beanpot. The one-sided affair saw the teams combine for 31 penalties and 65 shots on goal, but the Crimson couldn't find the back of the net despite their fair share of chances. Malone saw his two-game point streak end in the loss, leaving him with four goals and 13 points in 21 games of his freshman year.
