Logan Nelson's goalless streak hit a dozen games as Victoria was defeated by Calgary 5-2. Nelson, who unloaded a booming neutral zone hit in the second period on 16-year old Josh Thrower, has three goals and 16 points through 19 games played. Mark Adams did not play as Providence suffered 4-0 shutout loss at Massachusetts. Adams is said to have experienced a minor injury in last Friday's win at Vermont. The Friars are off until next Friday's home ice set versus Northeastern.

T.J. Brennan scored his fifth goal of the year but Rochester couldn't add anything else in a 2-1 loss to Adirondack. Amerks goaltender David Leggio made 31 saves to take the loss.
With Rochester missing both Cody Hodgson (hand) and Phil Varone (illness), third-year man Luke Adam shifted back to center between Marcus Foligno and Brian Flynn. Foligno provided early highlights with a his first fighting major of the year in the opening period as he pummeled Marc-Andre Bourdon.
