The Blades return to action Friday versus Medicine Hat.

Logan Nelson saw his three-game point streak snapped as Victoria was shelled by Kamloops 6-0. Winless in their last 10 games, the Royals will look to right the ship Wednesday in Kelowna.

In the OHL, Justin Kea picked up his fourth fighting major of the year as Saginaw was defeated by Plymouth 4-1. Andrey Alexeev ('13) scored his eighth goal of the year for the Spirit, who currently are holding the final playoff spot in the Western Conference with six games left on the regular season schedule.

Linus Ullmark served as backup as MODO closed the regular season with a 3-2 loss to Skelleftea. MODO, who finished in seventh place in the SEL, will begin the first round of the playoffs Tuesday versus #2 seed Farjestads.
